On January 21st, 2012 – The Midwest snowboarding crew celebrated Ladies Shred Day at Devils Head in Wisconsin. Big thanks to the Windy City Boarders for hosting an awesome event! Girls of all ages came from near and far and enjoyed an amazing day of riding (with fresh snow!) , bbq’ing, raffles and some major fun. There were discounted lift tickets, discounted rentals and FREE lessons for all that came for the event.
Windward donated some great womens gear including jackets from Volcom and Bond. The Burton store downtown came thru with a huge bag of goodies including goggles, beanies and a backpack and our good friends at The Wax House also tossed out t-shirts and other items. Almost everyone in attendance walked away with a prize!

Head over to Devil’s Head on Saturday, January 21st, 2012 for the 4th annual Ladies Shred Day. Free snowboard lessons, discount lift tickets, BBQ on Smokie’s deck and tons of free giveaways and prizes are just a few perks. Men, you’re invited too 
If you’re looking to get in on the free lessons show up early as the lessons run between 10am and 2pm. Rentals start at $22 bucks for gear, lift ticket prices are $30 and room accommodations are available from $99 per night if you are looking to stay over night.
